We walked around Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was very beautiful but cold. The trail was snow-packed and it was hard to stay upright, but we managed not to fall. This is my preferred type of trail–flat with water nearby.
Unfortunately, on our last full day Hubby decided he wanted a “challenge.” So I reluctantly agreed to tackle Bible Point.
I thought I’d die, but the view was worth it. Even though it was the nicest day we had there, we didn’t see a single person on this hike. But we did meet a few friends after we got back to the car.
